“Since its beginnings in 2013, Voice of Hope seeks to improve the quality of life for impoverished widows and orphans in Kenya with our focus on creating lasting relationships. We seek to encourage our widowed ladies spiritually, physically and emotionally with the Word of God and facilitating opportunities for them to have better everyday lives.”
They strive to be the feet that show Christlike love and compassion to the needy widows and orphans and sharing a cup of water to the least of these; to be a voice of hope; to answer the cries of the hungry and helpless. To build relationships with their women, to encourage them in the Lord.
Voice of Hope Ontario started in 2019 after its group leader Helen VanDyk had been asked by MaryAnne to consider starting an Ontario based team after having joined her team in 2016 and 2017.
Voice of Hope currently has two groups engaged with one based in Chilliwack, BC and the other in St. Thomas, ON, and plans for further expansion!
