We started the Lord’s Day with a 7:30am service at Shavihiga Friends Church where the message was on Psalm 116. The power had been out (for over 18 hours) so church was rather dark and we had to use our phones flashlight to see the hymn book. In Sunday School the kids were taught that God is the Shepherd of His people from Psalm 23. It was a beautiful time of worship with our brothers and sisters in Christ.After a quick bite to eat of delicious samosas, we left to visit 5 of our ladies … Hannah, Elizabeth, Melissa, Monica, and Siphrosa. The visits were lovely and we had the opportunity to minister to many children along the way.A quick trip home and then we were off to evening worship at Hellen’s home with Miriam and Diana. It was a joy to hear how the Lord has worked in all our lives.We are thankful for our time of worship & fellowship. “I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord!” - Psalm 122:1
