El Refugio partners with a women's rehab center, a migrant camp and local churches to share the gospel and meals with those in need. This provides a great opportunity for the girls from Casa Esther to serve alongside teams from Canada. This can look like devotions and a meal, VBS and food hampers, or hearing from a church that there is a family in need of a house and joining together to build them a home.

Sandwiches, games and sharing
Through Barrhead Community Group's support, a lunch was provided for 37 women and children at a women's rehab center, and a small lunch and 24 meal hampers were brought to a migrant camp. This generosity created space for devotions with the women and games and Bible stories with the children in both locations. Preparing and serving these meals was also a perfect way to connect with the girls from Casa Esther.
