Heading
After too many plane meals, lots of movies, two layovers and a little bit of sleep we arrived in Blantyre, Malawi.
Outside the airport we met with Gerrit from Timotheos, and Marc and Jason also joined our team. They have been spending the last week to prepare the irrigation projects and get the supplies ready.
They took us around town to do some errands, we picked up some cash, bought some rebar, did a quick stop at a grocery store to get some water and snacks, before we had some time to clean up and settle in at the place where we will spend the weekend.
After a good dinner at the local italian restaurant we are now getting ready to sleep for a long time. Tomorrow we will visit the Oomen Family, and will visit some other places in Blantyre. So, stay tuned for tomorrow’s blog!
