Heading
2.5 member of the Fraser Valley/Simple churches group along with 5.5 HFL staff members are headed to Ukraine.
The team will be traveling to the suburbs of Kyiv to bring specific items for a community of 50 families. This community was heavily damaged during the first 6 weeks of the war and are in need of shovels, rakes, pots, pans, and hygiene supplies.
In addition to the distribution the team will also be hosting a banquet for widows who have lost husbands during the war.
The second half of the trip has 3 FV team members remaining. They are going to minister to Ukrainians who have fled from the war and are internally displaced in western Ukraine.
