As Executive Administrator, Charlotte utilizes her administrative expertise to support the Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and provides central admin responsibilities for our staff, helping them perform their roles with greater efficiency and ease. She also provides admin support for Fullwell Leadership.

I believe my God-given administrative skills are meant to empower others and contribute to seeing others thrive when the behind-the-scenes tasks are taken care of well.”
Born and raised in Southern Alberta, Charlotte always had a passion for travel and serving others but wasn’t sure how that would unfold. After working at her local church for a year, she embarked on a Discipleship School Perth, Australia. Her experiences doing ministry in Australia, Asia, and Mexico ignited a deep desire to help people in ways she had never experienced before. What began as a training program turned into three years on staff where she led teams into remote regions of Western Australia, discipled young adults, and applied her administrative skills in the registration office.
Returning to Canada in late 2021, Charlotte sought a long-term, sustainable way to engage in ministry and missions while building deeper connections. She spent summers serving in a leadership role in camp ministry, and through her close friendship with the Blundell family, she learned about Hungry For Life and felt its vision and mission were the perfect fit—leading her to move to Chilliwack and join the team.
Outside of her work at HFL, Charlotte enjoys mentoring young teens through youth group in Chilliwack and spending quality time with friends. She has a love for the outdoors—whether it's camping, downhill skiing, road-tripping, gathering around a fire, or relaxing in her hammock with a good book.
Char and Caleb got engaged in November 2024 and are preparing for their spring 2025 wedding!
