The building crew headed out for their 3rd day of the house build. The crew worked inside to put up the drywall and finish painting the trim. We're almost ready to hand over the keys!
New Years preparations begin early in the morning for this special day. Some of our team hung back to help get ready for the evenings festivities. Cooking, baking, shopping and crafting- there is lots to do!
In the evening, we welcomed a group from Los Elejidos, a boys home, to celebrate with us. The night was in full swing filled with lots of fun games and activities! The highlight of the evening though was certainly the fire-smoked, four foot pizza for dinner!
We rung in the new year watching fireworks explode across the city- and setting off a few of our own...Happy New Year!
