Strong Roots also assists medical teams who arrange for clinics in the communities to provide extra resources and care.

A recent example is Alliana, a 4-year-old girl with a lump in her throat. Her parents asked for help as the lump seemed to be growing. Strong Roots was able to take her to the hospital. Fortunately, the lump is not cancerous, but it will need to be removed. The surgery is anticipated t occur before the end of the year.
