After a very long 15 hours of travel we are happy to share that we have made it to El Refugio in the beautiful Ensenada, Mexico. The team all persevered through the 4am wake up call and travelled through YVR to San Diego where we were met by our partners Randy and Sandy. After a quick lunch at In & Out and a supply run at Walmart we traveled across the boarder to Mexico. The drive to Ensenada was beautiful and we were met by the girls at the home greeting us and escorting us to our rooms. After taco soup for dinner we were able to interact with the girls, trying our best at Spanish and learning our way around the home. Tomorrow we are looking forward to some games and time with the girls, some baking and a meal and bingo at seniors ministry! Thank you for your prayers through our travel day.
