You’ll foster impactful long-term relationships with our international partners, helping coordinate project details that build into their communities.

About the position

Education:

  • Minimum one-year post-secondary education or commensurate experience

Experience:

  • People leadership
  • International travel and cultural interaction (an asset)
  • International relief and community development (an asset)

Scope:

  • Executing project research
  • Preparing project proposals and presentations
  • Traveling to execute project and field assessments, and provide on-field monitoring
  • Building and maintaining relationships with field partners
  • Managing project budgets
  • Coordinating project activities with Teams and Project Services (TPS) Administrators and Mission Focusing Consultants (MFC)
  • Managing daily project operations
  • Helping to prepare assistant/associate team leaders

Additional responsibilities:

  • Lead international mission teams when required
  • Attend team meetings when required
  • Participate in general ministry tasks as required

Skills required:

  • Exceptional cross-cultural adaptability, understanding and communication skills
  • Excellent assessment and evaluation capabilities
  • Intuitive problem-solving abilities
  • Competency in MS programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

Accountable to:

  • Director of International Operations

Remuneration:

  • Full/part-time supported
