Staff Interest Process
The purpose of this process is to help a potential staff member assess their personal vision and direction. Because support team building and commitment to our message and model is vitally important, we ask all potential staff members to examine what has led them to work with HFL.
If you are have a desire to work with us, please download and review the Initial Interest PDFs. Once we receive both a completed Initial Interest Form and Personal Vision Assessment, we will look at the alignment of personal vision with the corporate vision and direction of HFL. A note about support team building: Because of the way the HFL is funded, all of our staff are committed to raising their support (salary). This means they look for people who will partner with them in their work with HFL. Each dollar a staff member raises goes into their personal account with HFL and all the expenses of their employment are paid to them from that account. Funds designated to that staff member account are only used for that person. 100% of the funds given to that staff member are used for their ministry with HFL. Each staff member is required to meet a monthly minimum of support before commencing their position at HFL.
